CCI may capture your personal information as a result of speaking with you or your service provider may have provided the information to CCI as part of CCI’s contractual business relationship with that service provider. In addition, you may have provided your information via CCI’s website, which could include the employment application process.

Utilization of Personal Information Captured
Unless you do not consent, CCI will use your personal information for the purpose of processing your payment transaction, or to contact you in regard to a balance owed to CCI or your service provider. In order to process your payment, CCI will utilize your checking account information provided to complete the transaction you are authorizing. This information will not be shared with any other entity unless where a release is required by law (for example, a subpoena) or regulation, or is requested by an agency for governmental investigative purposes or governmental proceedings.

When a consumer leaves CCI’s site, we encourage them to read the privacy statements of every web-site that collects personal information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by CCI.

Should CCI implement changes to our privacy policy; we will post those changes via CCI’s Privacy Policy located on our website. Customers are encouraged to review our privacy policy regularly to apprise themselves of such changes.

Unsubscribe Information
If you have received any electronic communications, it means you expressed interest in receiving updates about the solutions, services, and other news from CCI via email. If you no longer want updates, please follow the opt-out instructions included on the electronic communication.
